Complete Home Pressure Washing in Five Points, Athens, GA

This beautiful home in Athens’ Five Points neighborhood was ready for a complete seasonal refresh. With fall gatherings and the holidays approaching, the homeowners wanted the entire property to feel clean, welcoming, and ready for guests. We washed everything from the roof and exterior walls to the driveway, pool area, fence, and carriage house.

Roof Washing and House Washing in Athens, GA

We began with the main home, carefully washing the roof and exterior to remove the dirt, organic growth, and discoloration that had accumulated over time. Different surfaces need different methods, so we used a controlled washing process rather than relying on high pressure everywhere.

The result was a brighter exterior and a cleaner roof that refreshed the appearance of the entire home. We also cleaned the exterior windows, giving the property a polished finish from top to bottom.

Carriage House Exterior Cleaning

The carriage house received the same careful attention as the main residence. We washed its exterior and addressed the dirt and buildup around the structure so it would look clean and consistent with the rest of the property.

On a project this large, it’s easy to focus on the main house and overlook secondary buildings. Giving the carriage house a thorough cleaning helped the whole property feel cohesive and well cared for.

Driveway and Concrete Surface Cleaning

The driveway had collected dirt, leaves, and organic buildup, especially around the edges and along the base of the fence. Before pressure washing, our crew used a blower to remove loose leaves and debris. It only takes an extra minute, but proper preparation helps us produce a cleaner, more even result.

We then used a professional surface cleaner on the driveway to lift away the buildup without leaving the uneven streaks that can come from cleaning large concrete areas with a wand alone. The freshly cleaned driveway created a noticeably brighter entrance to the property.

Pool Deck, Pool Slide, and Outdoor Furniture Cleaning

The pool area needed more than a quick rinse. We cleaned the pool deck to remove dirt and buildup from the surfaces surrounding the water, helping the entire outdoor space look brighter and more inviting.

We also washed the pool slide and outdoor furniture. These smaller details make a big difference, especially when a family is preparing to host guests. By cleaning the full pool area—not just the deck—we helped make the space feel ready to enjoy again.

Fence Washing in Five Points

The white fence was another important part of the project. Its bright finish makes dirt, algae, and environmental buildup easy to see, so we carefully cleared the base of leaves and debris before washing it.

This preparation allowed us to clean the lower sections and edges more thoroughly. Once washed, the fence looked brighter and provided a clean backdrop for the driveway, pool area, and landscaping.

Drainage Ditch Cleaning

We also addressed the property’s drainage ditch, an area that can easily collect leaves, dirt, and organic debris. It may not be the first feature visitors notice, but cleaning it contributed to the property’s overall appearance and showed the level of detail that went into this project.

A thorough exterior cleaning should include the less visible areas, too. Taking care of those often-overlooked spaces is part of giving a property the full treatment.

Preparing an Athens Home for Fall and the Holidays

By the time we finished, the roof, house, windows, carriage house, driveway, fence, pool deck, pool slide, outdoor furniture, and drainage ditch had all been cleaned. The property felt brighter, more welcoming, and ready for the lovely fall season and upcoming holiday gatherings.
