Timothy Crossing got the full treatment! This spot is a busy little hub with two restaurants, a hearing aid center, and a bank—all with plenty of parking (and you should see those parking lot curbs now). We pressure washed every curb in the lot, and honestly, that alone made the whole place look brighter and more inviting before we even touched the buildings.
For the buildings themselves, we gave the restaurants and hearing aid center a thorough wash, including the front facades with our special bleaching solution to really make those light colors pop. The outdoor eating areas got cleaned up with our soap solution, and we didn’t forget the chairs—those got a fresh start too. We hit the brick sides and even cleaned the windows so everything feels fresh from top to bottom. The bank, which sits in its own building, got a full 360-degree wash as well, including the back that usually gets ignored.
We also tackled the fence along the edge of the property. Before washing, we had to weed-eat the base just to get it ready. When we cleaned the stained wood fence around the trash bin area, we noticed six boards needed replacing. So we swapped those out and stained them to match the rest, making the fence look brand new.
And as anyone with restaurants knows, the trash area can get pretty rough—spilled grease, stubborn stains, you name it. We made sure to clean up all of that mess too.
One thing that made this job special: we had two young folks on the crew learning the ropes. It can take a little longer with some first-timers, but it’s worth it. There’s real value in learning how to work hard outdoors, and there’s nothing like seeing the instant transformation from pressure washing. Watching them take pride in the results—especially those gleaming curbs—was honestly the best part of the project.
